When Hilton needed to collect data from owners and general managers at their annual Homewood Suites conference, they used Surveylink Surveys. Surveylink supports many different data entry points, including Apple's iPad and iPhone. Hilton used a group of people to walk around the convention floor with iPads conducting personal face to face interviews on a range of topics. The survey made use of advanced skip logic to automatically direct the questioner to only the questions that were relevant to each respondent. All results were captured in real-time and available for immediate analysis through the Surveylink Answer Module.
